About FRISO
Friso Timmenga has been working as a legal assistant at Langelaar Klinkhamer Advocaten since 2022. He specialises primarily in maritime and transport law.
Friso studied law and philosophy at Leiden University. In 2022, he completed a Master’s degree in Maritime & Transport Law at Erasmus University Rotterdam with a dissertation on general average. In addition, whilst studying, he worked as a corporate lawyer for a major freight forwarder in Rotterdam, where he focused primarily on handling claims for transport damage.
In addition to his work at Langelaar Klinkhamer Advocaten, Friso is also affiliated with the University of Groningen as a PhD student in philosophy.
